What you actually do and learn

Our digital training system with a personal AI assistant: Vocational school theory, IHK requirements, practical scenarios and use cases – bundled in one system that accompanies you throughout your entire training. Your AI assistant provides full transparency on all content at any time, helps you keep track, supports you at every step and maintains direct communication with your trainer.
Software development from A to Z: Understand concepts, analyse requirements, design software, program (Java, Python, JavaScript etc.), test and implement.
Modern technologies & tools: You work with Git, Jira, Confluence, Docker, Kubernetes (basics), cloud platforms, databases (SQL), APIs (Rest) and learn agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
Project work in a team: Collaboration on real customer projects and internal development projects (e.g. the digital training system).
Quality assurance & testing: Create test cases, run automated tests, ensure software quality (ISTQB basics).
Databases & data management: Understanding and applying database technologies.
Troubleshooting & support: Error analysis and finding solutions.

Your apprentice highlight project

Our finished in-house development solves a concrete AI problem on the market. You train this specific AI with LaaJ (LLM-as-a-Judge), optimise its evaluation logic and ensure that it works reliably under real conditions. This way you learn how to not only build a market-ready AI, but also train, secure and further develop it.
