He has completed all testing and quality management tasks in accordance with the international ISTQB standard. His career started as a traditional software tester, but his continuous development gradually led him to become an agile tester, test coordinator, test automation engineer and finally test manager and project manager.

Over the past 17 years, he has made his extensive practical experience available to customers. He currently takes on additional responsibility as an ISTQB teacher at the WAMOCON Academy and leads various workshops ranging from software testing to personal mentoring on testing and quality management.

Valery not only supports prospective professionals, but also conducts seminars for IT project teams with the aim of continuously improving the quality of IT systems.

This enables his clients to achieve their goals faster and more efficiently.
He is currently a leading expert in the successful planning and implementation of IT test management projects with a team of up to 450 people.

Daniel Moretz is an experienced test manager, test coordinator and ISTQB trainer with over 7 years of experience in application lifecycle management. He has worked as a test manager for 3 years and as an ISTQB trainer for 3 years, which has given him in-depth knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, load and performance testing and test automation.

His main tasks include the planning, preparation, coordination and reporting of test activities. Daniel is responsible for the creation of test cases, the definition of test data and the execution of integration tests, system tests, acceptance tests and regression tests. In his role as test manager, he ensures smooth communication between testers and developers and moderates meetings and seminars in which defects are identified and resolved. In addition, he develops, runs and maintains automated test scripts and analyzes and fixes any errors that occur.

Daniel has a particular focus on the application of modern test methods. He uses the V-model in combination with flexible approaches such as SCRUM and SAFe to create an agile yet structured test environment. These methods allow him to continuously improve the quality of software testing while reacting flexibly to changing project requirements.

Thanks to his extensive experience and test automation skills, Daniel helps to accelerate testing processes while ensuring their accuracy and reliability. Through his work, project teams can achieve their quality goals more efficiently and identify and correct errors at an early stage.

Olga Moretz is a Deputy Managing Director and software tester who brings a unique combination of organizational skills, effective communication and technical understanding. With over 17 years of management and executive experience, she has a deep understanding of complex organizational challenges and is an indispensable contributor to the company's success.

Her main responsibilities include coordinating meetings, organizing travel and handling general administrative tasks, which she performs with the utmost efficiency. Olga's strong communication skills enable her to communicate clearly and persuasively both internally and externally.

In addition to her organizational duties, Olga contributes her technical skills as a software tester. She develops and implements effective testing strategies that support the quality of IT projects. Her experience in work coordination and test management makes her an important asset to the company, especially when it comes to efficiently designing test processes and detecting errors at an early stage.

Olga's ability to coordinate complex workflows while developing test strategies makes her an extremely versatile employee. Her proactive support of management and her tireless efforts contribute significantly to the success of the company.

Nikolaj has gained extensive practical experience through his work as a tester and test coordinator in classic and agile projects. During his 7 years of project work, he has used various test methods such as the V-model and SCRUM (agile). His tasks currently include the creation of technical specifications, test concepts, test cases and test data, the acceptance of customer requirements by a specialist department, the coordination and execution of tests in integration, acceptance and regression tests, the control of test progress and error handling as well as the estimation of test effort. Nikolaj is also responsible for the documentation and reporting of test results. His qualification in test management is confirmed by four acquired ISTQB® certifications in classical and agile methods as well as practical experience in projects. He also has 3 years‘ experience as a test manager and 3 years’ experience as an ISTQB® trainer

Erwin Moretz has 7 years of experience in software testing and 3 years in test automation. In his projects, he uses various test techniques to ensure that errors are detected and rectified at an early stage. His main tasks include the creation of test cases and test data, as well as the acceptance of customer requirements from the specialist department.

He is responsible for the execution of tests in various phases, including integration tests, system tests, acceptance tests, regression tests, load and performance tests as well as end-to-end tests (E2E). Erwin documents the test results, creates defect reports and tracks their resolution.

A particular focus is on the automation of tests. Erwin is responsible for the new development and setup of automated tests, especially by using the capture & replay approach to efficiently replace manual test executions. He also has experience in creating automated test cases with JavaScript for microservices based on REST and GraphQL endpoints.

As an agile tester, Erwin has extensive project experience in creating technical specifications, test cases and test data for manual and automated tests. By using agile methods, he ensures flexible and fast adaptations to changing project requirements, which increases the efficiency and quality of the test processes.

His work in test automation contributes significantly to the acceleration of test processes and the reduction of errors, which leads to greater efficiency and product quality.

Nürzhan Kukeyev has more than 3 years of experience as a tester and test automation engineer in IT projects. He has extensive knowledge of UML modeling and the implementation of customer requirements. He gained his first IT experience in a pharmacy digitization project, where he worked closely with the client to develop and implement an internal pharmacy system with an integrated laboratory.

He deepened his technical knowledge by working intensively with MQTT server concepts and JSON messages as well as applying them in Python3 projects. This gave him a solid understanding of the mathematical and sensory aspects of software development as well as agile development processes.

He is currently supporting the IT implementation of the new DiTeLe application as an ISTQB-certified software tester and programmer. His tasks include writing customer requirements, creating test cases and carrying out functional and technical tests. At the same time, he works as an agile ISTQB tester and SAFe test automation engineer on a large pan-European project.

Nürzhan actively contributes his programming skills and his experience in test automation to the projects and helps to accelerate the test processes and improve the quality of the software. His ability to perform both manual and automated tests enables him to react flexibly to project requirements and make implementation more efficient.

Leon Moretz is an experienced ISTQB-certified tester whose in-depth knowledge of test preparation, test execution and documentation of test results makes him a reliable and dedicated employee. He has the ability to quickly recognize complex problems and implement effective test strategies that help to identify and resolve potential defects at an early stage.

Thanks to his teamwork skills and keen eye for detail, Leon ensures that the quality of the software products tested meets the highest standards. Jonathan Boschin is an ISTQB-certified software tester with two years of experience in various IT projects. His strengths lie in test preparation, test execution, test case creation and defect detection as well as quality assurance of test documentation and reporting, making him a reliable and efficient tester.

Thanks to his analytical approach, his attention to detail and his ability to focus on the essential points, Jonathan is able to recognize and correct errors at an early stage. His logical thinking and structured way of working ensure that problems are clearly analyzed and solved in a targeted manner. Maanik Garg is an experienced data scientist and test automation engineer who specializes in the implementation of machine learning models for error detection. With an accuracy of 87% using Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms, he has proven his expertise in data aggregation and data preparation. He has successfully deployed ML models on cloud platforms by integrating advanced data analytics techniques to improve predictive modeling capabilities, and in one of his projects, Maanik developed a recommendation engine that provides personalized music recommendations using collaborative filtering. This experience demonstrates his ability to apply advanced AI methods to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.his strength lies in problem solving and applying advanced AI techniques to increase the efficiency and quality of testing processes. By implementing these methods, Maanik contributes significantly to error reduction and optimization of tests, resulting in higher quality and performance of IT systems.

Yash Bhesaniya ist ein erfahrener Data Scientist mit einer starken akademischen Basis und praktischer Erfahrung in der Erkennung von Anomalien und der Extraktion versteckter Merkmale aus Daten. Er hat erfolgreich ein Tool zur Visualisierung von Wissensgraphen für Hella entwickelt und Anomalien in NASAs Bearing Sensor-Daten mit LSTM-Modellen erkannt. Zudem hat er eine Android-Anwendung für sichere Online-Transaktionen entworfen.

In seinem aktuellen Projekt konzentriert sich Yash darauf, KI-Technologien in die Testautomatisierung zu integrieren, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Tests zu verbessern. Seine Stärken als AI-Entwickler liegen in der Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung, der innovativen Anwendung von KI-Methoden und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen.
